Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 25th December I'll be flying out to Tanzania with a group of friends to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. As many of you will know I work at the specialist family law firm of Dawson Cornwell, and my work means I have first hand experience of the problems facing families when relationships come to an end and parents seperate (you can find out more about my work here http://www.dawsoncornwell.com/en/about_ld.html). As such I've decided to use this climb as an opportunity to raise money for the charity reunite International Child Abduction Centre. They're the UK's leading charity specialising in the movement of children across international borders. You can find out more about them and the work they do on their website www.reunite.org

I leave for Tanzania on the 25th December with 7 of my friends, and start the big climb on the 27th, reaching the summit (fingers crossed) on the 31st. We'll be taking the scenic Machame Route to the top of Kilimanjaro. The website www.mountkilimanjaroguide.com has some really good information and pictures of the route we're taking if you'd like to see exactly what we'll be tackling.

I'm sure this is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity, which will be made all the more special if you're able to show your support for me and reunite by donating whatever you can.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Thank you for supporting me and the work of reunite
