On the 9th of September the four of us will be taking part in the Thames Path Challenge.
This challenge consists of completing 100km (62 miles) along the Thames Path in 24 HOURS.....
Yes, 24 hours!
No stopping, no moaning, no turning back.... Just four determined ladies, a bit of coffee and A LOT OF CAKE.
This challenge is in aid of The Dementia UK charity, we would like to raise as much money as possible along with awareness of this heart breaking illness.
1 person every 3.2 minutes is diagnosed with Dementia. 60,000 deaths a year are directly attributable to Dementia.
