Story

Millions of people inside and outside of Syria are facing a freezing cold, bleak winter. The temperature is about to plummet and, as many do not have adequate shelter, thousands of people are at risk of death.

Last year temperatures in Syria and surrounding areas reached as low as minus six degrees. Snow and gale force winds battered the refugee camps, leaving their inhabitants, who have already suffered so much, with nothing to do but sit and wait for the springtime.

Thus, insyaAllah I'll be hiking up Mount Snowdon, the highest summit in England and Wales to raise funds for Human Relief's Foundation Blanket for Syria Appeal. I hope this humble endeavour of mine will relieve a little, if not much, the plights that the Syrians is going through, and help to raise awareness of their situation to the world.

So  I urge you beautiful people, who have taken the time to read my story here to help me get the words out there,  as I truly believe the meaning of life lies in giving back to others.

Jazakumullahukhayran khathira, and may Allah reward all of you ten fold of what you have given. :)
