I'm doing a series of challenges to help support refugees in England. I don't think it's right for refugees to have no help so i'd like to help them through Refugee Action York. These are the challenges that i'm doing to raise money. Any donations would be AMAZING!

Day 1: HUNGER, i'm eating 1 meal for the WHOLE day to show the lack of food for refugees

Day 2: SILENCE, I'm not allowed to speak all day to show that some refugees can't speak English when they move here so it's hard for somebody to help!

Day 3: POSSESSIONS, I will not be able to use any of my possessions for the WHOLE day to show how little refugees have!

Day 4: SHELTER, I will be sleeping outside in a tent to show how refugees have to leave their home behind!

Day 5: Appreciation: i will spend the day appreciating all the wonderful things i have in my life!
