Please help me raise money for Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance so that this great charity can save even more lives in the region!

Part of a 30 strong team with a 900 km target - I will be completing 30 km between the 8th and 14th July.  I will be doing my 30km on one bike ride, but also will be swimming, cycling and walking during the rest of the week  and would really appreciate your support. 

Each week, between the 15th April and 11th November 2015, a new Facts 30/30 Relay challenger will pick up the baton to complete their 30 km, as we look to raise even more money than ever before for an amazing charity.

Any value, no matter how small will help and be hugely appreciated.
