Thanks to Facebook I have got back in touch with my old school friend Debbie Bird, she is now living in Oz and was diagnosed with MS 21 years ago but from what I have seen this has not stopped her living life to the full with her husband and two gorgeous boys.

 When I heard that a group of 20 adventurous, brave (stupid?) Aussies, two of whom have MS,  were planning a trip to the UK to tackle Wainwright's Coast2Coast walk I wanted to help them in some way and what better way than to join them for part of the walk, catch up with my old friend and make some new ones along the way. 

M.S is an unpredictable and debilitating disease which affects over 100,000 Briton's and 23,000 Australians. Fundraising is vital to find a cure.
