Please help find a cure for SMA by donating as much or as little as you can afford- Isabel is a inspirational little girl turning 3 very soon- she is around the same age as my girls but has been through more in her 3 years than most adults go through in a lifetime! She deserves to live a long and happy, healthy life and we need a cure for SMA!!
