Each year i try to arrange an event for charity - from wine nights to cycle rides to walks. For my road safety work i have managed to get myself stupidly involved with tbe RSGB cycle team - jeez they're proper cyclists - so in the words of  the recent health campaign 'this girl can' i think i can say 'this (old) girl will try '!!
