First of all can I reassure you that you are not paying for my holiday to Africa!!  I had already booked my 'holiday' when I found out that my mum has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time and will mean more extensive treatment and care from Sheffield Hospitals.  The prognosis is good, however the work that this charity does is so important in finding better treatment and cures for cancer that may be able to help other people as well as my Mum.

 

It would be great if you could find any spare pennies to sponsor my 10 day trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro, at 5900m, apparently one of the most physically demanding things I could do in my life!!
