In July i will be cycling the 150 miles from the very top to the very bottom of my adopted homeland, the Western Isles. I am no athlete but armed with a pair of padded shorts and a sense of pride that wont let me quit, I'm going to make this happen. Crossroads Lewis provide home support to carers regardless of age, disability or illness and to those living alone, struggling with ill-health or loneliness.
