Story
<p>For some reason, I know not why, I have signed myself up to a veritable triathlon of charity events in 2011, the first of which is this 12 mile swim.</p>
<p>I will be swimming 1 mile on the hour, every hour, overnight, in an outdoor pool, for 12 hours! Having only trained sporadically over the last few years this is going to be a massive challenge, but one that is for a great cause. <p>Most of you will know of Help for Heroes, and the fantastic work they do, but for a little reminder here is a quote from their home page...</p>
