In just a few months, I will be embarking on the challenge of a lifetime. I will be attempting to summit Mount. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Sitting at just over 19,000ft above sea level, this is a challenge which will require grit, determination, and most importantly - The support of you guys.

All money raised will go towards supporting The Children's Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT), which is a great charity that provides holidays and activities for terminally ill, chronically sick, disabled and disadvantaged children from all over the North West of England and North Wales.

Training has already commenced, so whilst you enjoy your weekends of late nights and lie-ins, we are up at the crack of dawn to take on the best of what mother nature has to offer! I don't think we've had a training walk yet where we haven't got lost (How did people cope before iPhones and Google Maps?), but luckily we will have a full team of professionals to rely on come October. Regular updates will be posted to keep you all informed.
