Each week from 7 August to 23 October 09 we will be swimming 74 lengths each of our local swimming pool. This will equate to 22 miles. One of our miles will be achieved by swimming Alton Waters in Ipswich on 26th September as part of the 'Great East Swim'.  One of us is beating the baby bulge and the other is beating the Cadbury bulge!

We need your support. All the money we raise will go towards Emmaus and its committment to develop new Communities for homeless people across the UK.
