<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">March 2011: <span style="color: #000000;">- Andy is running the Liverpool Marathon (brave man!)</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">May 2011:</span> - Andy, Howard and many from Speedy are running the Manchester 10k (last year this hurt a lot!!)</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">June 2011:</span> - Howard, Jason & Andrew are cycling from London to Paris (550km) in 4 days (so far, I have managed 42 miles!!)</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">July 2011:</span> - Howard & friends are tackling the 3 peaks (Scotland, England, Wales) within 24 hours (just bonkers!!)</p>

<p><span style="color: #000080;">Howard's eldest son Joel was born with an exceptionally rare disease called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>There is currently no cure for LCH.</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">Our charity is the only charity in Europe funding research into LCH and it's sister disease, HLH. We need £380k now to fund some very exciting research projects to try and help us find a cure.</span></p>
