We are running in the Abersoch Half Marathon  on the 4/10/14 to support #teamirfon' fantastic fundraising cause for Alaw Cancer Unit.Over 4,000 people are diagnosed with cancer in North Wales every year,the nursing,medical and support staff at the Centre are incredible but they rely on donations to fund basic but important extras.I know your support will make a huge difference so please give what you can.Diolch/Thank you!
