Hi Guys

A group of my crazy colleagues and me are cycling to Amsterdam on Wednesday the 18 November and would be very grateful if you could pledge some money to support a good cause.  The charity we have chosen is Autism Speaks. 

We're cycling over 400 miles end to end and the group have already put in many miles as training. We're aiming to get to Amsterdam in 3 days via ferry to Dunkirque and then cycling up the mainland. Once we are there we'll have a day to recover and will then make our way back on Sunday morning via Hook of Holland and Harwich cycling all the way back to where we started. 

It will make our exceptionally sore bottoms in amsterdam feel worthwhile if we know we've done some good so please donate generously!
