I have great pleasure in announcing the April London Tunnel Run planned for Saturday 17th April. It's not just a tunnel run, but a great evening of socialising and a nice drive taking in some of the beautiful sights london has to offer us.

All I ask is that all persons coming (yes, per person) donate a minimum of £5 each to the National Society for Epilepsy.

This is a charity now close to my heart as my nephew (10 years old) has recently been diagnosed with Epilepsy and only now do I understand how little we, the general public know about this. The first thing I found out was that there are over 100 different types of epilepsy! As with most things, we really don't take much notice until it affects us and the society is doing a great job in helping diagnose and treat epilepsy.
