<p>In May of this year i'll be cycling 700 miles from London to Berlin over 7 days,&nbsp;one of those days being&nbsp;my birthday, for two causes. This page is to raise money for CRY.</p> <p>CRY was founded in 1995 to raise awareness of conditions that can lead to Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) and&nbsp;Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS, SADS).</p> <p>Their vision for this year is '<em><span style="font-size: x-small;">to work with cardiologists and family doctors to promote and protect the&nbsp;cardiac health of our young by establishing good practice and screening facilities devoted to&nbsp;significantly reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death throughout the UK.'</span></em></p> <p>More info at: <a href="http://www.c-r-y.org.uk/">http://www.c-r-y.org.uk/</a></p> <p>As standard i'll be looking to push myself, so current thinking suggests i'll be riding it single speed.
