Hi Everyone,

Most of you will by now have heard that I have entered the London to Brighton bike ride (54 miles!!) I have been telling everyone it was 60 miles but I was over-exagerating somewhat - ooops!   Maybe as big a challenge is the fact that I am not drinking until it's over, so that in itself deserves a sponsor right?  As you are well aware, I'm partial to a bottle erm I mean glass of vino occasionally!

This is one of 3 challenges for 2007 that I've set myself, so be prepared for a couple more begging emails - I apologise now!

My target is a mere £100 so if you can the cost of a pint I'd be very grateful.

I'll let you know how I got on of course!
