The London Air Ambulance operates out of the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel and flies a medical team out to deal with major trauma injuries within the Greater London area (it can reach anywhere within the M25 in 12 minutes).  Although Virgin guarantee the lease of the helicopters it is heavily reliant on charitable donations to fund operation of the unit and continue its life saving work, so please dig deep and donate now.
