Organising a world class violin competition is a major undertaking. The competition is intended to attract the best young violinists from all over the and have them playing in the leading London venues with the City's best orchestras, thus putting this competition on a par with the other great international competitions. We also need to provide the right level of prizes and give the winners the opportunities to expand their careers by providing engagements for them with the world’s leading orchestras. To do all this we urgently need support and financial sponsors. Because fundraising is vitally important to the success of the London International Violin Competition, we are looking for sponsors interested in helping promote gifted young musicians and in celebrating the image of London as a world class centre of music.
