WE DID IT! Starting off around 8.30pm and finishing around 5am we had a brilliant time despite the hard slog. Wow, 20 miles really is a long way to walk. We tweeted and photographed and talked like fools most of the way so look out for the full story on Londonist on Monday. Meantime, some photos here to encourage you to please GIVE! We'd really like to hit our target for Maggie's. Thank you for your support!

The London Night Hike combines some of Londonist's favourite things: Open House weekend, urban exploration and harebrained challenges. We put a call out on the site for readers to volunteer to walk it with us and lo, an amazing 8 people picked up the gauntlet, ready to walk 20 miles, overnight on the eve of Open House Weekend, to raise money for Maggie's Cancer Care Centres.
