             24 HOUR RUN AND CYCLE - London to Paris and Back

                     Thursday 21st Jan – Friday 22nd Jan 2010 –

                      (starting and finishing at 10am each day)

7 non athletic placement students, 408 miles ( to and Back), 1 Treadmill, 1 Bicycle, 24 hours, 60 miles each! This will involve a relay style run and cycle, one person will be running and one person will be cycling at all times. This means a total of 7 hours exercise (60 Miles) each and some very sore muscles!!

 

This will definitley be HARD but we know we can do this...... with a little bit of monetary incentive from YOU to keep us going :)
