I'm raising money for the British Lung Foundation, who do great work supporting people with lung diseases. They also conduct research for prevention and treatment of lung cancer.

The ride will take in most of the Olympic time-trail route, starting in Stratford at the Olympic Village, heading west through the city and then out into Surrey, before returning to finish on the Mall. There are a couple of big hills in Surrey (Box Hill and Leith Hill) which should prove a good challenge after 70 miles or so.
