Story
£1000 added to 'donated offline' amount following donation direct to Cystic Fibrosis Trust from Martin Brook - thank you!
My name is Harrison Dainty. Most of you reading this will already know three things:
1) My sister Molly suffers from Cystic Fibrosis
2) My dad founded Team Cystic Fibrosis. A cycling team dedicated to raising awareness and funds for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust
3) I am a cyclist - Age 9
So what's the challenge and what am I asking you to do?
In support of The cystic Fibrosis Trust and my sister, I am going to climb Mount Teide, the extinct volcano on the island of Tenerife. It's massive! It's higher than any climb in Europe at 3718 metres, that's above 12,000 feet!
I'm attempting this in December 2016.
Thanks for reading, please donate if you can. Harrison Dainty.
NB - many of you who know me (Martin) well are keen cyclists. You understand how hard this is for a nine year old! If you donate please acknowledge this in your comments to help get the message across to non cyclists about just how hard this is. Thank you.
