Founded in 2002, we work on a voluntary basis to raise funds for children with disabilities and special needs by organizing challenges and events.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In January 2013 I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania Africa. At 19,340 feet it is the highest free standing mountain in the world and the highest point in Africa, and approx 5 times the height of Ben Nevis the highest point in Britain.

I am doing it to raise money for Destiny of a Child a charity which supports profoundly deaf children, children with physical disabilities and complex medical needs in the UK and AIDS orphans in Tanzinia.

My daughter Phoebe who was born profoundly deaf, has personnaly benefitted from the work of charities funded by Destiny of a Child so we know what fantastic work they do.

Please give generously to give hope to these children and give me reason  for doing this challange.

Thanks, Rich.
