Hi Everyone!

I have decided to take the plunge (literally) and take part in the British Gas Great Salford Swim 2010!

I will be taking part in the mile swim on the 26th September in what will hopefully be a warm day in !

I aim to do the mile in under 30 minutes (as i don't think i want to be in there longer than that!) and I am raising money for Teesside Hospice.

For those of you who don't know Teesside Hospice Care Foundation based in Linthorpe, , was established in 1982 to enhance the lives of local people suffering from life limiting illnesses in the Teesside region free of charge. The Hospice cares for over 3,000 individuals each year.

The majority of our care to patients and their families’ focuses upon pain and symptom control, but we also provide respite care to allow relatives a break whilst caring for their loved ones.

This charity does amazing things in Teesside and the people involved work tirelessly and are so dedicated to the cause.

I know they appreciate any donation and so do I so please sponsor me for what will be quite a tough Sunday Morning in September!
