Most of my FB friends will now know the charity Finding your Feet, if not please go on to the website and have a nosey but here's a brief description of their awesome work.

  After Corinne had a quadruple amputation through contracting septicaemia she and her friends set up the charity which is now reaching all corners of the globe and even the celebrities are getting involved by offering their painted handprints so they can be auctioned (Gerard Butler, Mel Gibson, Andy Murray) are just a few.  Life changing trauma can manifest in many forms including amputation, paralysis and terminal illness.  FYF aim to restore an individual's lust for life after a trauma through access to their established support network and financial and emotional support.  

It's been hard work but hopefully I will make it round without being hauled out before the time is up.
