Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Lorraine Pack and I am Little Owl at 1st Alpington Rainbows/Brownies/Guides near Norwich. I recently applied successfully to participate as a member of Girlguiding UK's Charity Challenge to Tanzania this Autumn. The objective of this trip is to raise money for Girlguiding UK's Centenary Fund as well as giving those involved the opportunity to experience an adventure of a lifetime. The Centenary Fund enables individual girls and young women the opportunity to participate in something otherwise not available to them by making grants from the Fund. My due date to have all funds raised is 30th June 2011 - any amount that can be donated will be hugely appreciated. In order to reach this goal, I am also going to be holding a sale at Banham Car Boot sometime soon (watch this space) where all proceeds will be going to this target, as well as a Charity Swim in April where I will be attempting to swim as far as possible in a 2 hour window. 1st Alpington Unit will also be holding various event throughout the spring and summer to aid fundraising for this very worthy cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you so much

Lorraine
