Hi Guys

I am partaking in an 8 mile walk over the Seven Sisters Challenge for Parkinson's UK on the 30th June 2013.

The reason for this is a good friend of mine has Parkinson's and this was from a very early age of 43.  He is a great guy and still tries to carry on a normal life which is obviously difficult, but he still keeps his good sense of humour.
