<p>My mum, June Harris passed away tragically last year from ovarian cancer. We already raised money for Cancer Research through donations at the time but really wanted to do something extra as a year soon approaches since she is gone and felt that the Duchess of Kent Hospice, Reading is a truly worthy cause.</p>
<p>We are aiming to climb the peaks of Ireland (Carrauntoohil, 1041m), N. Ireland (Slieve Donard, 852m), Scotland (Ben Nevis, 1344m), England (Scafell Pike, 978m) and Wales (Snowdon, 1085m) over a 10 day period, climbing 5294m total height and travelling some 1,700 miles in the process. We fly to Ireland on 29th June and complete the challenge in 10 days.</p>
