I am one of 8 people chosen from my university to take part in the Mount Cavell challenge in Canada to raise funds for Cavell Nurses trust.

On the 22nd August we all flew out to Canada to take on the Mount Cavell challenge, which included Mountain Hiking, Mountain Rock climbing, white water rafting, Glacier walking, Kayaking and mountain biking! This week was one of the most challenging but rewarding weeks of my life! Not only did I grow in confidence but I feel like each and everyone of us achieved something! This week of challenging adventures tested my abilities and gave me a once in a life time experience! in return of this amazing experience I would love to raise £2000 to give back to such a great charity! All donations will go solely to the trust!

Cavell Nurses' Trust, formerly known as NurseAid, was originally set up in 1917 following the public outcry that followed the death of Edith Cavell. This charity supports nurse  nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants in their time of need all around the UK.

I will also be organising other fundraising events to help raise the money!
