I am lucky enough to work for this amazing organisation! At RDA, our horses and ponies provide therapy, achievement & enjoyment to people with disabilities all over the UK. Our network of 500 groups organise activities such as Riding, Carriage Driving, Vaulting, Showjumping & Endurance for up to 28,000 people each year! 

I am the most non-long distance runner every, if I am honest I am more of a sprinter (get the exercise over and done with quickly!) with netball and horse riding being my main sports. 

RDA helps thousands of people to achieve amazing things - learning valuable life skills, making new friends or winning at a competition all with the power of horses.
