As part of my 40th Year, I am taking part in the Nightrider (yes it starts at 00.25hrs) cycle event through London. It is 100km starting at Alexander Palace going to Crystal Palace and back taking in all the sites of London.

Sat  26th May - found pedals for my bike and gone for a ride - first time since Aug 2011.

I have chosen Thomas's Fund as it is a charity for children and Thomas and Harry were special boys.  Thanks
