Dear All,
As many of you are already aware, I'm attempting the Great South Run on Oct 25th to raise funds for Hospice Africa (the charity I have been volunteering for for the past 2 years in Uganda). It's 10 miles which, though not impossible, is still going to be quite a considerable challenge for me. I hope you'll show your support by coughing up some dosh (no donation too small, or too big), it'll be really appreciated.
