Another year, another challenge...How best to step up Lillian's amazing 1km swim from 2015?  Why, a mother-daughter effort to swim 3km of course!

We are excited for Lillian to show what another year's training can achieve - and for Louise to step aside from coaching, and into the water, to show her support for Baku Sharks and UAFA!

We are looking forward to doing something together, and helping to raise more than a bit of money along the way.  We hugely appreciate any support you can give!
