This May I will be taking on the Spartan Super race - around 14km of rough undulating terrain mixed in with over 30 brutal obstacles!

All this is for Doctors without Borders. It is the world's leading emergency medical humanitarian aid organisation. They help people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

Their work is simply incredible and any donations would truly make a difference.
