Story

My name is Louisa and I'm a major coffee addict. I am however going to deny myself any coffee for the whole month of January in a crazy New Years Resolution Fundraiser challenge for Welsh Women's Aid who TOTALLY DESERVE IT!

Here's why this cause is close to my heart ...

Welsh Women's Aid helped me when I fled home to Wales, with my five year old son, having left an abusive marriage in a foreign country. A Women's Shelter in Sweden had literally saved my life and Pontypridd Women's Aid helped me put it back together when I moved home. I know the importance of Women's Aid and what a difference it makes to women's and children's lives.

So I'm doing everything I can ... including going without coffee for a whole month (those who know me would tell you just how crazy that is for me). I've been told to expect head aches and major grumps. Please help make it worth while by sponsoring me!

Any donation you can afford will help. Honestly, just having the right book at a Women's Shelter, a nice picture on your wall or a toy for your child goes a long way so just a fiver genuinely will help!
