On 19th June, my work colleagues are taking part in a 225kms bike ride in France, where they’ll be cycling from Paris to Orleans  to raise money for my chosen charity along with 9 local hospices. Even tho I can't do the big cycle anymore, a few of us have decided that the best way to support our colleagues is to cycle the equivalent distance in the office on an exercise bike! Each of us will take it in turns to get on the bike and pedal until we hit our target of 225kms. With with your help this event will help us raise over £30,000 for our chosen charities so please dig deep if you can xxxxx
