A BIG THANK YOU!!

Caroline and Louise completed the run - and even remained in good humour - in spite of torrential rain earlier in the day, the boggy conditions,the big long hill 4K in,  the red nylon suits and scratchy hats and beards...all we can say is we earnt every bit of the very generous donations from you all.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

In case you didn't receive the first email then the information below explains why we thought it was a good idea to dress up as Santa's and run for 5K around Greenwich park on a Sunday morning.

Louise's Mum, Chris, was in Salisbury Hospice for several weeks this summer and Louise saw at first hand the incredible work that the Hospice does. The care of Chris and all of the family was beyond compare, and continues on. Much of their money comes from fundraising events such as this. We do appreciate that requests for sponsorship come round often but if you have an odd fiver lying around that you would like to send our way, we and the Hospice would be delighted.
