We are undertaking a major fundraising challenge this year in Scotland , swimming  1500m across a freezing Scottish loch, running 15 miles  over the mountains, kayaking 7 miles and cycling 35 miles all in one day ( we hope). The funds we raise are going to the Mary Barron Suite which is the chemotherapy treatment ward at Colchester Hospital  which is where Lesley and Nic were both treated and which we know well. Its a great cause and I hope  you will be really generous in your support.
