Myself and some of my colleagues at HSBC will be running the UK Yorkshire Tough Mudder in aid of The Children's Hospital Charity.

The Children's Hospital is a fantastic cause, funding things that the NHS does not cover such as life-saving equipment and treatment of children from across the world. They affect the lives of over 269,000 children a year and every penny you donate makes a huge difference to the patients and their families.

This is a massive challenge for me.... I may go for an occasional 10K run, but that's a far cry from 10 miles with added electrocution and icy water swimming.  It would be much appreciated if you can sponsor me to make the training and torture worthwhile!
