A friend of mine is involved with a project to build a village for a tribe of people in India.  I have been interested in this project and when he said he wanted others to get involved by raising money, and taking the Rickshaw Challenge, I jumped at the chance.

In December 2012 a group of us will be travelling to India and taking motorised Rickshaws across country to deliver a number of Singer sewing machines to the village.  These machines will enable the women to contribute to the village. We want to raise money to help buy more land on which will be built a school and church for the village.
