Longridge is the place my Senior Section girls describe as one of their FAVOURITE PLACES ON EARTH!!! & how can I deny others the chance of experiencing such a wonderful place. Now as wonderfully fabulous as Longridge already is they want to make it EVEN BETTER! With your help they are trying to build a state of the art training facility that will include better changing & washing facilities for all but especially for those with special needs. They also want to extend the range of activities they offer to give more young people (& adults) more opportunities to do more things. This site was SAVED from being LOST FOREVER when the scout association decided to sell it off, but now Longridge need our help to make all the much needed improvements & keep it going so that many more people will get the chance to-

"EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC".

This is why 1st Littleton Senior Section on behalf of 1st Littleton Guides & Senior Section are going to chute Marlow weir 10 TIMES, each time paddling back round the lock island to get to the top again. This is no mean feat & will take approx 4-5 hours. So pleaSE, pleASE, PLEASE help us help them & donate some money to this worthy cause.
