"**** off, cancer, I've got STUFF to do" is my personal mantra. It developed during my breast cancer (aggressive and spread) treatment which included three major surgeries, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, Herceptin, reconstruction (and now daily hormone treatment). Based on extensive breast cancer-specific experience, knowledge and resource, Breast Cancer Care gave me the additional information and support that I needed - when I needed it. I was reassured to know they were there at any time and as such, became part of the extended "Team Jonesie" alongside great medics, supportive family and friends. I want Breast Cancer Care's support to be available to anyone who needs it. Five years later, I'm still here and able to give a little something back so I'm participating in the Dover's Full-Moon Walk for BCC and if you'd like to sponsor me, that would be lovely. I shall be wearing pink and hopefully drinking Prosecco. Huzzah!!!!😜🚶🙋🍷🚑🛁♿ Any donations however modest would be warmly welcomed.
