Mental health has been completely disregarded until recently through the determination of wonder people to get mential illness recognised. 

My mum was only diagnosed with autism in 2012 and it was no easy task convincing the doctor, including researching and stating facts about the disability to the doctor!

From dementia to autism and depression, our family has managed it all and stuck together so it couldnt come at a better time to support such a great charity.
