I'm planning on doing this as a bit of a warm-up (hahaha) for the Great North Swim I'll be doing in September 2010.  It will literally be jumping in the sea and out again... and raising as much money as possible for Greyhound Gap in the meantime.  The winter months are always the most difficult for this amazing charity and any spare pound you have will be put to good use helping out hounds that would otherwise be put to sleep.
