The Royal Marsden is a charity very close to my heart, following the care they gave my mother while she tried to battle her cancer.

My Mum was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma over 10 years ago, and thanks to the care and support of the staff at the Royal Marsden hospitals, both in Sutton and Chelsea, she lived longer than first expected.

Unfortunaltey she couldn't continue her fight and died in November 2012.

The care shown to my mum, Helen Shephard, through out this time was truely amazing, she was treated with respect and dignity, and her close family were supported and cared for also.

My Mum was extremely grateful for all the treatment provided by the hospital and their team of Doctors, and was given access to what can only be described as world class care and attention.

This really is a very worthwhile Charity and one which I am incredibley proud to be raising money for.

Please help me reach my target and honour my mothers memory.
