I will be skating 11 laps on the South Coast Roll to do a full marathon, 26 miles, to raise money for St Leonard's Hospice, York. This august marks the 17th year since the death of my granddad who was well cared for by the staff of St Leonard's. Their contintous hard work and support brings comfort to the patients and their families and assists them in times of great difficulty. 26 miles is a long way on roller skates, I think this will be much harder than the 5k run I did last year, so please sponsor me, even if it's just a small amount!
