Story
I'm taking part in the 'Tough Mums' challenge to raise money for Surrey Sands and to raise awareness of neonatal death.

In December last year, we lost our beautiful baby girl, Felicity. During a complicated labour, she suffered a lack of oxygen and unfortunately she didn't make it. She will always be in our hearts and I hope I can help a fantastic charity to help others the way they helped us.
Surrey Sands were a fantastic support to us. On the day we lost Felicity, we were put into a 'Sands' private room in the hospital. It meant our families could visit and my husband was able to stay overnight with me. I'm not sure how we would have got through it without this help.
They also gave us a memories box including photos, handprints/footprints and a teddy bear. These will always be incredibly precious to us.
Please donate anything you can to help other bereaved parents get the support they need.
I'm hoping to meet some other inspirational mums who've been through difficult times, and can hopefully inspire some people and show that you can come out the other end even stronger.
